Your individual DBT therapy sessions will meet based upon your agreed upon frequency between you and your Village practitioner. Upon arrival, you will be offered a beverage or snack of your choice. You might also be guided into a mindfulness or centering practice to settle into your session in the present moment. Afterwards, you will be guided through processing your time since your last session and address the goals you have established in your treatment plan. If deemed appropriate, safety plans will be reviewed and a care plan established until we see you again.
