Eboni Webb


Dr. Webb opened the private practice Kairos in Middle Tennessee in July 2010. Kairos, now The Village of Kairos, offers diverse DBT specializations including DBT for trauma-based disorders and co-occurring disorders. The Village of Kairos has expanded therapy programs, better known as Restorative Services, to include individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents, parents, families, and adults including in-the-moment coaching for patients.

Dr. Webb earned her doctorate of Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota school of Professional Psychology. Dr. Webb began her clinical work as assistant clinical director and program director at Mental Health Systems in Minnesota, a large clinic specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has extensively practiced DBT developing two special treatment programs for clients with developmental disabilities and borderline-intellectual functioning. She continues to serve as an advisor to the Dialectical Behavior Therapy National Certification and Accreditation Association (DBTNCAA), and has conducted DBT trainings internationally.

Dr. Webb has recently completed Level I training and is currently in the process of completing Level II training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy‚Ą† which has become a prominent feature of therapy offerings in the Village.


Katie Jordan


Katie is the Clinical Administrator for The Village of Kairos. She has worked as a licensed professional counselor for the past ten years. She has worked in addiction treatment centers, and community health/counseling centers. She is currently in the process of pursuing her seminary degree. She and her family live in Franklin, TN.


Brooke Mabry

Brooke is the Billing Specialist for The Village of Kairos. She graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Child and Family Development. She and her family live in Franklin, TN. She loves the outdoors, hiking and exploring as much as possible with her kids and two dogs.
