Our Adult DBT Skills Group, led by Anna Collins, is designed specifically for adults seeking to develop essential skills for managing emotions, building healthy relationships, and navigating life’s challenges. This psychoeducational group focuses on learning and practicing the core skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) across its four key modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Through engaging activities, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will gain valuable tools to enhance their emotional well-being, improve communication, and manage stress more effectively in a supportive and understanding environment.
This group is open for enrollment to clients both within and outside of our practice. Participation requires having a primary clinician, who can either be from our practice or an external provider. If your primary clinician is external, you will need to complete a separate intake appointment with Anna Collins before enrolling.
