This group brings adults and parents together to learn DBT skills in a structured, psychoeducational format. Everyone learns the same core skills. You will practice them in ways that fit your role and real-life challenges. Adults use the skills for their own mental health and relationships. Parents use the skills for their own coping and to support a more stable, skills-based home environment.
Led by Jack Dreher, this group teaches the four core DBT skill areas: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Each week includes a focused lesson, guided discussion, and a practice assignment to use between sessions.
Sessions are recorded and available to enrolled group members for up to one week. This allows you to watch on your own time if you cannot attend live every week.
