Careers, Internships, & Clinical Opportunities at The Village of Kairos

At The Village of Kairos, we believe in creating space for healing — not just for our clients, but for our team as well. Whether you’re just starting out in the field or bringing years of experience, we offer a collaborative, trauma-informed environment where clinicians are supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.

We’re always looking for passionate, values-aligned professionals to join our mission.

Now Recruiting:

Interns & Graduate Students

Our clinical internship program offers rich, hands-on experience for students pursuing degrees in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage & family therapy. Interns will:

  • Gain direct clinical hours under licensed supervision
  • Train in evidence-based modalities (including DBT, trauma-informed care, and more)
  • Participate in team consultation and professional development
  • Engage in a supportive learning community

Please note: internships are unpaid, but supervision and training are provided at no cost.

Pre-Licensed Professionals

For clinicians working toward licensure, we offer a structured environment where you can build confidence and clinical depth. You’ll receive:

  • Weekly clinical supervision
  • Access to training opportunities
  • A diverse caseload with room to focus on your clinical interests
  • A pathway to future employment within our practice

We offer both W-2 and 1099 opportunities, depending on role fit and scheduling preferences.

Licensed Clinicians

We welcome seasoned practitioners seeking a community of thoughtful, growth-minded colleagues. Our team includes full-time and part-time therapists who value autonomy and collaboration in equal measure. We offer:

  • W-2 and 1099 positions
  • Opportunities to specialize in DBT, trauma treatment, couples work, and more
  • Referrals and marketing support
  • Flexible scheduling and administrative support
  • Participation in peer consultation groups

Whether you prefer the structure of employment or the freedom of contract work, we’re open to finding the right fit for your professional goals.

What Makes Us Different

  • Trauma-informed, DBT-rooted culture
  • Multidisciplinary and collaborative team
  • Opportunities for continuing education and growth
  • Supportive leadership that values clinician wellness
  • Commitment to inclusivity, authenticity, and integrity in clinical care
