Janiya Jeffers, a Master’s student at Tennessee State University, joined The Village of Kairos as an intern in January 2025 and has quickly become an integral member of our team. She works closely with the Napier community through Dr. Webb’s nonprofit, Rosie Mae Wellness Center, fostering connection and support for local families. Janiya also co-leads our Comprehensive Accelerated DBT Program, bringing warmth, dedication, and skill to her work with clients.
