JENNA FREEMAN

MASTER'S-LEVEL INTERN

Jenna Freeman is a graduate student at Liberty University who implements the use of honesty and humor to create a relaxed, easygoing space for conversation her clients. She is especially passionate about working with those who identify as “compassionate givers” or “people pleasers” who want to grow in their ability to advocate for themselves.

Jenna supports her clients in developing assertive and effective communication, navigating difficult relationships, and setting intentional, healthy boundaries. She enjoys helping individuals move from patterns of spreading themselves “too thin” toward a greater sense of empowerment in all areas of their lives.

Her work focuses on helping highly empathetic individuals move away from fawning and people-pleasing patterns and toward healthier, more reciprocal relationships. Overall, Jenna is committed to guiding others toward a life of authenticity rather than one driven by obligation.

Outside of the office, Jenna enjoys all things cozy…rainy days, reading, crafting, antiquing, and movie nights!
